Thin Crispy Keto "Potato" Chip
Keto 1 Ingredient Chips

No, it’s not impossible to make Keto 1 ingredient chips!

No, I don’t count seasonings as an ingredient…..

I saw a video with the Keto Twins trying this and I had to give it a shot.

I don’t believe I had ever eaten cottage cheese before in my life. It just never appealed to me.

But, I love potato chips and that is one thing I have missed, so I thought, why not??

I do have to say, I’m hooked!!!

I find these to be a perfect Keto “Potato” Chip substitute, very light and crispy.

Super easy, quick, and tasty!!

All you need is small curd cottage cheese and a microwave.

It’s great if you use a silicone mat, one that will fit your microwave plate. Mine is on the small side, so I only put 4 VERY SMALL mounds of cottage cheese on at a time. This will spread so be careful!!

Sprinkle with whatever seasoning you like, I made some with onion powder, some with italian herbs and spices, and some with everything bagel. They were all very tasty!!

Pop it in the microwave. Mine (1000 watt) took 2 1/2 minutes to do it’s magic.

Just a little side note here, if you are doing several batches, give your microwave a minute to cool down between batches so that it don’t overheat and shut down. If this does happen though, don’t rush out to purchase a new one, it’s just cooling down. Don’t ask how I know this!

And there you have it! Keto 1 ingredient chips!

Just break it up and you have very crisp, very light chips!

I know this will be a repeat at our home!!
