We love peppers, bell peppers, sweet peppers and jalapeno peppers. They add so much flavor.

I like to buy them in bulk and cut them up and keep in the freezer. Saves me a lot of time when I’m ready to cook.

I just wanted to pop this little tip on here for cutting bell peppers.

This is so easy and so much quicker.

Take your peppers and cut them at the “seam” all the way down to the board. Repeat for every “seam”.

You should be able to just snap these sections off leaving just the core behind.

You can go back and trim that white stuff (yes, I do).

Simple as that!!
