This Easy Keto Coleslaw is a delicious side and so easy to make!
It’s cool, it’s creamy, it’s refreshing!
Since starting keto, how many times have you tried to think of a side dish for your meal? I know it can be difficult at times to try to come up with something with our veggies being limited now. This dish compliments so many entrees! From chicken, to ribs, to pork chops, even steak, it will be delicious with it all!
And, using bagged coleslaw, it comes together so quick!
Let’s take a look!
Other than the bag of coleslaw, this is all you need for your Easy Keto Coleslaw. You may already have all of this on hand, as it is very simple ingredients.
To a large mixing bowl, you would just add your mayo, powdered erythritol (I actually used Pyure for this one), apple cider vinegar, salt (I use pink), pepper, dill weed, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix this up until it is blended well and nice and creamy.
Now dump your bag of coleslaw into the bowl of dressing and mix it up very well until all of it is coated.
I love using the bagged coleslaw, as it is so much easier than having to chop your own and saves so much time, especially if you are in a hurry.
Instead of the 14 oz. bag of coleslaw, you can also use the 16 oz. bag if that is what you find. The dressing should cover the excess amount just fine.
