This is a very easy Keto Almond Flour Pie Crust recipe!! You can whip this up in no time at all. It takes very few basic keto ingredients and it can be used with basically any of your pies.

You do not have to give up your favorite pies just because you have switched over to the keto lifestyle. You may have to make them a bit different, but you can still enjoy delicious pies.

You can make this ahead of time, wrap it in plastic, pressing the plastic down onto the shell, then drop it, dish and all, in a freezer bag and pop in the freezer until your ready for it. Just make sure you make it in the pie dish/pan that you want to leave it in.

Your ingredients are very simple. You will need some almond flour, some granular erythritol, some salt (I use pink salt), and some butter. That is it!

This is so easy to make…… Just whisk the almond flour, erythritol and salt together in a large mixing bowl until blended, then add the butter and stir it up good until a crumbly dough forms.

Dump it into your pie dish and press it in the bottom and up the sides.

I don’t take mine all the way up the sides because the exposed crust does brown easily. You may actually want to cover the exposed crust with foil while baking, then remove the foil for the last 10-15 minutes of baking time. Just bake it according to your pie recipe directions.

And there you have your easy Keto Almond Flour Pie Crust! So easy and very low carb.
