If you have not tried Keto Crack Chicken, all I can say is this is absolutely delicious!!!!

My chicken came out so tender, and the end result is so creamy and oh, so much flavor!

I love to use my crock pot, it is probably my favorite kitchen appliance. My meats always come out so tender in this! I make sure I use it every chance I get!

So, let’s make some crack chicken!

Now, you could use boneless, skinless breasts, but I like tenders because they always seem to turn out, well, more tender…..

And, yes, I use crock pot liners…… less clean up!

Put your tenders (or breasts) in your crock pot.

Add your garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, salt and any other spice you may like.

Add your chicken broth.

Put the lid on your pot and let it cook, either overnight on low or about 4 hours on high if they were frozen. If they don’t seem tender enough, give them a little more time. I like mine really tender!

Once done, drain the excess liquid, then shred the chicken.

Add the cubed cream cheese, half of the cheese blend and 1 cup of the bacon bits.

Mix until well blended and the cream cheese has melted.

Transfer from the pot to a casserole bowl, or whatever you want to keep it in. Top it with the other half and cheese and 1/2 cup of bacon bits.

Store covered in the fridge.

Keto Crack Chicken is very good on keto friendly wraps.

These may be small, but I love them…. And…… 0g Net Carbs!!

I really like these also! Still, 0 Net Carbs!!
